Hi my name is Sahara Exodus and I’m a fully qualified ‘Shamanic Priestess’ and a transformed ‘survivor’…now thriving. I have over 25 years’ experience, offering wholistic compassionate services for the: heart, soul, mind and body.
A foundational session that I provide is… Intuitive Counseling. The main focus is on the relationship with our self and others, while exploring personal difficulties. If you are in a meaningful relationship, you maybe having some challenges, and would like to examine potential solutions, with support.
When looking at oneself, there could be old abuse traumas re-surfacing, that can be reflected as core wounding. Other issues may be related to grief, loss, or feeling frozen in time and frustrated.
Or, perhaps you’re centered on global news, while attempting to process this ‘Big Shift’. Or, maybe you’re just feeling psychologically stuck with the enormity of it all… while having existential concerns.
Working with a guide is a gift to yourself. It is an act of self love!

What is the Difference Between Counselling and a Reading?
The difference between counselling and a reading is the style of the session. Both are coming from an intuitive flow. 'Counselling' has more time for you to process your feelings, as it is offers you a space for 'emotional support'. While a 'Reading' offers more tips for your life's challenges and changes. Both are supportive, but in their unique ways.
