She will bring some virtual handouts to the meeting (sharing visually on Zoom)... as it’s important to learn the basics of this powerful technique in order to make it useful.
The big theme is to understand how life’s stresses can translate into emotional conflicts, which can have an impact on ones health. We are sensitive beings by nature. And in seeing how these challenging moments in our life can leave us with a lingering health concern, this is empowering to begin the healing phase, and to stop the program from running. It is best that this ‘intensive session’ be more of a learning experience, to take in this incredible paradigm shift. Sahara will then give you the tools to heal this on your own, or with your friend/partner.
If the issue has been a real challenge and one still requires support, Sahara is also available for Counselling (at a later date), if you wish to continue to work with her. She is happy to support you both emotionally and/or spiritually.
After a few days, you will receive some additional learning tools via email,

A Paradigm Shift for Health & Healing!
One session includes 1 major health concern, and a few minor ones. If there are too many areas of the body to cover, we may need a 2nd session.
Just one session includes 2-6 hours of both preparation and follow up.
German New Medicine sessions include paperwork (various file attachments).

Hi Sahara,
I was blown away with the concepts and processes laid out in the German new medicine session we had.
There are so many things I loved hearing in our session - That brain scans can map out particular diseases, unexpected shock/trauma is what leads to health issues, the detail in which the shock/health issue correlation can be traced back to, the difference between the conflict and healing phases, and my favorite, how the microbes in our body rush in to heal the body rather than cause illness.
I really appreciate that everything presented, I resonated with. When you mentioned that for me specifically, diabetes is caused by a fear/disgust shock/trauma, my intuition was able to clearly point out some past events that may have caused this disease and with your help, we narrowed it down to one in particular.
You also coached me through how to remove this past trigger from the mind, shared the potential side effects of doing so, and other ways to to incorporate this new way of thinking in my daily practice.
I am really excited to explore more about myself and connect the dots with past events and current health challenges, as I believe this is the future of healing.
